Und da erstaunt es mich wenig, dass der Youtube Algo plötzlich so schöne Sachen vorschlägt wie die Elbphilharmonie Sessions mit ebendieser Band. Wunderschöne Aufnahmen, wie sie eben nur auf Dachterassen möglich sind. Und von da oben halt noch viel mehr in Hamburg. Vielleicht sollte ich dieses Jahr den Trip mal planen, als ich das letzte Mal in der Stadt war gabs die Elbphilharmonie leider noch nicht.

At that point, KPMG started offering “Cloud Exit Strategies“. Probably others. Consultancies will consult on everything they can sell to their clients, so this is a good indication for a market to start.
Now the latest to add to this trend is 37signals, that is leaving the cloud. Successful.

Warum gibt es eigentlich so eine Diskussion um Meetings und die Anzahl davon?
Ein Drama in drei Akten:
Das fällt aber auch bloß auf, weil Mitarbeiter alles in Ihrem Onlinekalender haben. Wenn die Kollegen ins Büro kommen und dafür in der Kaffeeküche hängen, dann ist das Unternehmen genausowenig produktiv.
Die Debatte die Vorrangig in den Sozialen Medien geführt wird dreht sich nur Vordergründig um die Auslastung der Kollegen. Eigentlich geht es um kaputte Prozesse und gescheiterte Kulturen. Bei der Arbeit sind soziale Interaktionen wichtig, das wird in all den Diskussionsbeiträgen in der Regel außer acht gelassen. Ja natürlich ist ein Meeting der Ausdruck eines gescheiterten Prozesses, aber kaum ein Unternehmen nimmt auf die Bedürfnisse der Menschen Rücksicht.
Die Schlagzeilen, die wir sehen sollten: “Mittleres Management setzt klare Ziele”. “Unternehmen halten an Strategien ausreichend fest”. Aber es ist so viel einfacher, Mitarbeiter zu nötigen, “Produktiver” zu werden.
