White House cybersecurity czar brags about his lack of technical expertise
Das Fehlen von Expertise soll eine Qualifikation sein, glaubt man Michael Daniel, dem Sicherheitschef des Weißen Hauses. Wenn eine solche Einstellung in einer solchen Rollen kein Warnsignal sondern eine Qualifikation ist, versteht man leicht, warum in dem Umfeld IT Sicherheit immer wieder absurde Meldungen erscheinen können. Für viele andere Berufe werden jahrelange Erfahrung gefordert und das sollte gerade im Zusammenhang mit Sicherheit nicht anders sein. Auf welcher Grundlage sollen Entscheidungen sonst getroffen werden, wenn nicht Wissen und Erfahrung?
