Daily Photo: 2019 started with a new years resolution. To snap a picture every day. Soon it became a challenge, to snap a meaningful picture. Something that doesn’t repeat. It helped formulate a thought or to express a feeling.
About 1000 pieces later this Lego piece is finally done. The International Space Station is a pretty impressive construction. It has been in orbit for more than 8000 days, it has been manned for more than 7000 days since it’s first construction in 1998. The main module measures 51 m, with the solar panels it even spends more than 70 m. It’s circles the planet earth in a height of about 410 km and takes a good 90 minutes for one orbital period.
Yes, really. The metaverse is a thing.
The picture actually was taken about 6h later than full moon. Still goes under the headline.

Es gibt sicher Zeitgenossen die behaupten würden, “das kann man anzünden”. Natürlich käme das in München einem Sakrileg gleich. Ganze Stadtteile verlieren den Fußballverein richtiggehend religiös. Selbstverständlich käme ich selbst nie im Leben auf die Idee, so etwas über einen solchen Feuerkorb zu behaupten, geschweige denn über den Fußballverein zu sagen. Trotzdem fand ich die Feuerschale für so beeindruckend, dass diese heute für das Foto des Tages erhalten musste.
Gehört das zum Service, dass Ihr mir Pakete schon in der Packstation aufmacht? Ich möchte das bitte lieber nicht…
